Candace and Chase | Fish Lake Regional Park Proposal

There are so many things to be thankful for – yes, even in the wild year that was 2020. For Candace and Chase, on Thanksgiving Day morning, they added one more pretty epic item to their “I’m thankful for XYZ” list!

Y’all know how much I geek out over love, right? So when I have the chance to photograph a proposal I geek out and squeal extra hard.

And when the soon-to-be-bride-to-be is the sister of one of my wedding couples…that’s it…I’m on board and waiting in the bushes to photograph the magic! Or in Candace and Chase’s case I’m waiting behind a dumpster at Fish Lake Regional Park in Maple Grove, MN because the bare trees of winter provided zero camouflage.

Oh, and yeah…she totally said yes!
