Tyler is one amazing young man. He’s super kind, stylish, and has the biggest smile I’ve ever seen!
One late-August afternoon, I met Tyler and his parents at their home in Forest Lake, MN. After being shown around their BEAUTIFUL house, we decided to go outside and take Tyler’s photo in their backyard. And you can totally see why, right? Their backyard has THE BEST backgrounds! My home and yard envy was pretty serious.
Talori’s St. Anthony Main senior photography session was so magical! We weren’t quite sure if the weather would hold out but thankfully it did and we ended up having a perfect evening!
As a senior at Burnsville High School, Talori is a triple-star athlete. And when I mean she’s a star I mean it! Talori just picked up soccer this year and made the Varsity team. I played soccer back in my youth and believe you me, making Varsity is no small feat (feet? Pun!)
Lauryn’s senior session was a very meaningful session for me and it marks how far I’ve come in my journey as a photographer. Five years ago, I got an email from a girl named Lexi who was responding to a model call I placed seeking a senior who would let me practice taking her portrait in return for free senior photos. Lexi is Lauryn’s oldest sibling.
Madison’s Bruentrup Heritage Farm senior photography session was so much fun! Even though it was about 1000 degrees outside (an over exaggeration I’ll admit) Madison had the cool and collected energy of a seasoned professional model.
I 100% loved this session! Not only did I get to hang out with Macy, who is objectively one of the nicest girls I’ve ever met, but I also got to hang out with her little sister, Madie, who is a former dance student of mine.
Macy, Madie, and I met at a secret location just north of Stillwater, MN on the St. Croix river. This spot was a gem and I can’t wait to take others there! We dipped our toes in the water, climbed some rocks, played in the sand, and had a marvelous time together.
Carolyn’s Como Conservatory/Bruentrup Heritage Farm senior photography session was one for the books! Not only was Carolyn a pleasure to work with but the locations we went to were drop dead gorgeous, too. Seriously, if you have a chance to visit either location you absolutely should!
When Madison and her mother asked me to take Madison’s senior photos I was beyond thrilled! It had been a few years since I last saw her – Madison had been one of my dance students before she took a hiatus from studio dancing. So I jumped at the opportunity to take her senior photos and catch up with her.
We met on a sticky summer evening at the Mill City Ruins but you wouldn’t even know it was muggy out by looking at her. Madison was (and is) as cool as a cucumber. She is seriously one of those girls who is just radiates coolness.
