When your engagement session starts out with mimosas and brunch you know it’s going to be a great session! Sara, Kyle, and I met up on what felt like a fairly chilly Fall morning (as I write this it’s -10 outside…how I laugh) and before heading out to Willow River State Park, decided what better way to fight off the cold than with some drinks. It was delectable!

With their bellies full and their nerves melted away, the three of us hopped in Kyle’s truck and made our way to Willow River. And let me tell you. They selected a GORGEOUS place to have their engagement photographs taken. There were fields and water falls and all of the rocks one could ever hope to climb on…an adult’s playground, to be sure.

Sara and Kyle were 100% on fire at their session! They rocked all of the games I had for them, laughed until they cried, and were willing to be vulnerable together (not an easy thing to do with a camera on you). The magic of love is a pretty powerful thing, isn’t it?

I’m so looking forward to their wedding this summer!!
