Y’all…when they talk about a couple that can “weather any storm” I’m pretty sure they’re talking about Grace and Nick. Their April wedding at Leopold’s Mississippi Garden in Minneapolis, MN is proof of that.
Originally, Grace and Nick’s wedding was supposed to take place at the Minnesota Boat Club in St. Paul, MN. However, thanks to the ever-unpredictable Minnesota Spring weather…the whole place was flooded…twice! In a matter of maybe a week and a half, the couple, along with the incredible staff at Mintahoe Catering, secured a new venue and the rest as they say is history.
And if I’m being honest, the weather was a blessing in disguise! I believe everything happens for a reason and this honestly is the case here. The weather was beyond fantastic (a godsend because again…it’s Minnesota in April), the venue was gorgeous, we had breathtaking views of the Mississippi River, and every single moment of the day felt like a fairytale.
I adore Grace and Nick so much. From the first time I met with Grace at our consultation, to their engagement session, and all of our chats these two have proven time and again that they’re meant to be and will, wait for it, weather any storm together!
Congrats you two!!
