Hey friends! I’m looking for fun-loving, dependable, love-obsessed to join my team as second shooters and associate photographer(s) for the 2020 wedding season! The photographer would shoot engagements and weddings under the Lauren Baker Photography brand and give the photos to me to edit. (Can I get a “heck yeah” for not having to do any editing?!)

A strong portfolio, professional equipment, and experience is required. You’ll also get hands-on training so you can best shoot for my style and to ensure you successfully give our clients the fun, laid-back, laugh-filled experience that Lauren Baker Photography is known for!

This job is for you if:

• You’re a driven, self-starter

• You’ve shot a minimum of 2 weddings

• You’re always looking for ways to go above and beyond for your clients

• You’re able to handle and adapt in high-stress situations (we’re always thinking quickly on our feet)

• You love the shooting part of photography but don’t want to bother with the business or editing side

• You appreciate a good dad joke or pun 😉

The Deets:

Both the second shooter and associate photographer would be an independent contractor, so you’d only take whatever weddings you’d like to take in a year. Booking is approx. 6-8 months prior to the wedding date for associates. Must have availability for at minimum 3 weddings per wedding season.

Second shooters will have the opportunity to become an associate photographer after completing a full wedding season with Lauren Baker Photography.

Pay is based on experience.
