You’ll see a trend this year of couples making hard decisions and either postponing their wedding day or reducing their guest list and having something we call micro weddings. For Jenny and Fuchie, they decided to do both.
Originally, Jenny and Fuchie were supposed to get married in May at Hope Glen Farm. Due to COVID-19 they postponed their original date to later this summer. We all thought things would be “back to normal” in a few short months (I know…we were pretty naive). Unfortunately that was not the case.
Instead of postponing a second time, something I wouldn’t wish on anyone, Jenny and Fuchie decided to switch gears and have an intimate backyard wedding.
The day was lovely! And their dog Ziggy was able to make an appearance since their wedding was at home. Sadly, not being in good health, Ziggy went to puppy heaven the next day. He was a good puppy dog and lived a long happy life and we’re all pretty certain that he was hanging on to see his humans get married.
