There is nothing more beautiful than two families pledging to love, cherish, and support each other as they become one. On a chilly March afternoon, Beth married Chris at the Happy Gnome in St. Paul.
The story goes as such: Beth and her two daughters and Chris and his daughter met at the park. The daughters hit it off and played matchmaker. The real story? They met, as many of us do, online and completely hit it off. Because they both had children, they wanted to get their daughters’ approval before they got too serious. So a plan was devised. Beth and her girls would go to the park and Chris and his daughter would go there as well. The girls would play together, have a great time, and ask Beth and Chris if they could have a future play date. The plan worked perfectly!
The wedding was magical! The ceremony was intimate, just the couple’s immediate family. My favorite moment was when Beth pledged to Chris’ daughter that she would love her as her own who in return immediately hugged her. Talk about a “pull-at-your-heartstrings” moment!
I’d love to say a HUGE congrats to Beth, Chris, and their 3 daughters. My you be blessed with every happiness in the world!
