Old timey castles, mist in the sky, and greenery as far as the eye can see. Sounds more like a description of a quaint wedding in Scotland rather than one just north of Minneapolis, MN. But I kid you not, Danielle and Peter’s Edinburgh USA Golf Course wedding in Brooklyn Park, MN felt like it was picked up and plunked down in the Scottish capital.

Danielle was all smiles the morning of her wedding. Her bride tribe was equal parts smiles and giggles as they wiped happy tears away from their faces. Peter, was handsome, calm, and frankly looked like he jumped off of the cover of GQ Magazine.

Even though the rain may have dampened the ground, it did not dampen anyone’s spirits. In fact, it added to the day because we all knew how colorful Danielle and Peter’s portraits would be. Why would they be more colorful? Because rain brings out color in a major way.

My team and I kept “ooh”-ing and “awww”-ing while we took Danielle and Peter’s couple photos…we couldn’t help it…the combination of the colorful scenery and the couple’s love was just too beautiful!
