When one plans a winter wedding in Minnesota, one usually expects to deal with the threat of snow and perhaps a blizzard. One does not expect to deal with rain, and certainly not rain that turns into 100% ice the morning of your wedding. Luckily, someone was watching over Haley and Erick’s wedding because everything (and I truly mean everything) came together without any issues.

All of the vendors made it to their respective destinations, guests arrived safely, and Haley and Erick – two of the sweetest humans I’ve ever had the pleasure of calling clients turned friends – got married in front of their closest family and friends.

Haley, Erick, and I met about two years ago (yeah…their planners just like me so we already knew we were going to get along). And over those two years a natural friendship grew that I cherish so deeply. By the time their wedding day came around, it felt like I was getting to photograph two of my closest friends.

I’m so unbelievably happy for these two and can’t wait to be there to celebrate each and every milestone with them!
