New Hampshire has no shortage of gorgeous wedding venues. When looking for a venue that would highlight what a romantic wedding in New Hampshire could look like, we knew that Aldworth Manor would be perfect for our vision!
Aldworth Manor is a historic estate in the Monadnock region and rests on 170 rolling acres in southern New Hampshire. Its breathtaking views and glorious European-inspired architecture are what set this venue apart from others. Truly, I had a hard time selecting which backgrounds to use for our couple portraits because there are so many drop-dead gorgeous spots to choose from.
For our al fresco reception, we chose to highlight the view of the mountains that surround Aldworth Manor. The mountain view is a unique feature of the Manor and we wanted to honor it. If one didn’t know they were in New Hampshire, the mountains and architecture could trick you into thinking you were somewhere in Italy looking at the Alps. Katydyd Events and Ramble Floral created pure magic, didn’t they?
Romance is a core pillar of my brand (duh) and it was imperative that we showcased that romantic aesthetic in every detail of this shoot. Merrow Creative absolutely nailed the dreamy European vibe in her paper goods and invitation suite! She truly is one of the best stationery artists I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing.
Now…let’s talk about our couple and their attire. The Boston Bridal Stylist put together the most ethereal look for our bride model that I’ve ever seen. Her gown, by JLM Couture, featured billowy layers and bubble sleeves that played off of our bubble reception theme. The graceful gown paired elegantly with the classic black tux worn by our groom.
And let’s not forget, everyone’s favorite soapy toy of their youth: bubbles! We chose to pair the romance of our design with playful bubbles to show that weddings, while events of extreme elegance and beauty, are at the end of the day a celebratory party! Caitlin of Pretty Little Popups provided us with the cutest cart to display our cake and place cards.
We had so much fun dreaming up and actualizing this romantic wedding in New Hampshire editorial! Our romantic editorial has also been featured on The White Wren, so you should absolutely go check it out, too.
