Jessica and Chris’s Lakeview Pavilion MA wedding was a glorious celebration and a wonderful way to bid September adieu. Fall weddings in Massachusetts hit differently than they do in other parts of the country. Not just because the warmer temps linger here longer, but because of our striking fall colors. I’m grateful my friend Arielle Unger Photography asked me to photograph this wedding with her.
The day started at Hilton Garden Inn: Patriots Place. For those who aren’t from MA, it’s literally right next to Gillette Stadium which is where the Patriots play. Being new to the area, I didn’t know this going into the wedding day. I’m very glad there wasn’t a home game going on that day! Note to self: when photographing a wedding near Sharon, MA or Foxborough, MA, check Patriots’ schedule.
From there, we bounced over to Adams Farm in Walpole, MA. With lush fields, blooms, and landscaped paths, it was the perfect spot for Jessica and Chris’ first look and wedding portraits.
Since I spent the getting ready portion of the day with Chris and his groomsmen, I hadn’t yet seen Jessica in her dress. And HOLY FREAKING COW! Doesn’t she look amazing in her dress?! Her hair, makeup, and wedding dress gave “Hollywood Glam” vibes, and I was THERE *clap* FOR *clap* IT! Seriously, how stunning is she?!
Once we were done with portraits, the crew hopped on the trolly and we made our way to Lakeview Pavilion. Again, having only lived in Massachusetts for a few weeks, upon seeing Lakeview Pavilion, I immediately thought it could be the sister venue to the Twin Cities’ Hutton House. Obviously, I was immediately in love with the venue!
The Pavilion’s ceremony site overlooks a cute lake, too. And because it was the end of September, there were pops of fall colors peeking out in the background. Again, I was in love!
The ceremony was short and sweet, and just like that, Jessica and Chris officially tied the knot. We whisked the couple away to take a few more couple portraits and then released them to join their party.
I will always be in love with an event space that has large white walls, tall windows, and what feels like limitless reception space. If you have a large guest list for your wedding, I highly recommend booking Lakeview Pavilion. Your guests will have plenty of room to mingle, eat, and be merry!!
And be merry were Jessica, Chris, and their guests! There were so many laughs throughout the evening – cocktail hour, toasts, and on the dance floor. Jessica and Chris are so well-loved by their people! I’m deeply honored to have been part of their big day and I can’t wait to see how their future unfolds. Wishing them joy and plenty as they begin the next chapter together!!
