The Lumber Exchange in downtown Minneapolis, MN artfully weds cool city textures with sleek, chic elegance and makes for the perfect venue for modern weddings. This was oh so clear at Nora and David’s July 2019 wedding.

The day started with the most hilarious first look ever! Together, Nora and her wedding party schemed together and somehow procured a dinosaur costume. One of their groomsmen wore it and walked towards an unsuspecting David. David turned around and…everyone broke into belly laughs!

What’s a wedding without your best girls and guys? Well, it’s still a wedding but potentially with fewer belly laughs. Your bridesmaids and groomsmen love you with their whole heart and are excited to stand and support you on your most important day to date.

A flowing blush tulle dress, a charming apple orchard, and 40 of your closest friends and family. These are the ingredients for a beautiful, stress-free, love-filled elopement.

Kirsten and Mike’s wedding at the Loft at Studio J in Stillwater, MN was SO. MUCH. FUN. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve laughed that hard in a long time!

Their goofiness and radiant smiles infected all of their guests. As the day and evening progressed, the jovial energy grew until it exploded in an all out dance party.

The last time I was at the Science Museum of Minnesota was during my freshman year of college. My Articulate Body class (#shitdancerssay #dancemajor) went to see the Body Works exhibit. So I was so excited to be part of a styled shoot that brought us to the museum.

The snow is falling like WOHA! But the feeling inside is oh so warm and cuddly. And that’s because I have something really yummy to share with you.

A few weeks back, I got lunch with my pal Josey from Sixpence Events and we started talking. That talking quickly shifted to shop talk and after about an hour we had a collaborated on a pretty nifty blog post.

It’s pretty safe to assume that I love all of my couples with all of my heart. So when a couple comes to me and says they were referred to me by a past couple of mine, I go all heart and star-eyed because I know this couple’s wedding is gonna be HELLA FUN!

 

That was 100% the case for Alexandra and Cameron’s Fall equinox wedding at the Eagan Community Center.

Jessica and Tim’s Fort Snelling Memorial Chapel wedding was 100% them. By that I mean it was adorable, intimate, and filled with jokes and laughter.

 

Their story begins with a change meeting. Jessica was working at Nordstrom, where she was a stylist (she used to work at The Wedding Shoppe so it goes without saying that she’s got bomb taste!). Tim worked at the café at Nordstrom. Can you see where this is going?
