Dana and John’s Edinburgh USA Golf Course wedding in Brooklyn Park totally felt like it could have been in a castle in Edinburgh, Scotland.

The charming pair met on Tinder in 2015 shortly after John moved to Minneapolis from Madison. After a postponed first date thanks to the flu, the two finally met in person. They went to Ginger Hop in Northeast Minneapolis and the rest, as they say, is history.

On their wedding day itself, both Dana and John had their own nerves. But, as it so often happens, as soon as they arrived at their first look, the nerves melted away and they were able to enjoy their whole day!

After a beautiful service at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Dana, John, and their wedding party boarded a party bus and let the classic 90’s ballads roar. There was even a Backstreet Boys serenade. I loved that so freaking much!! Ain’t no party like a boy band party!

As the afternoon progressed to evening, the newlyweds grew more cuddly, more giggly, and all in all more lovey-dovey. It was a beautiful site to be a witness to.

Dana and John are, in my mind, the perfect pair. They lift each other up when they are down and they laugh with each other when times are light. I adore them both and can’t wait to photograph them on their next big adventure.
